Tooth number 25 with periapical abscess and with fistula. In the first visit, the canal was cleaned and shaped, irrigation with Naocl 5.25% EDTA % Chlorhexidine 2%, and filled with CaOH for 2 weeks.
Obturated with lateral condesation
After 6 month!!!
